The Dongguan facilities are long-term manufacturing partners coordinated by TOPTAI for PCB SMT production, tooling and housing injection. TOPTAI remains the buyer's project contact and manages specifications, sample confirmation, quality checkpoints, production follow-up and delivery coordination.

Approved specifications, drawings, BOM requirements and inspection criteria are confirmed before production. Incoming materials, PCB production and housing components are checked at defined stages, while TOPTAI's Shenzhen team performs assembly, functional testing, aging verification and final sampling. Records and corrective actions are coordinated through the same project team.

Yes. Factory visits can be arranged by appointment. Depending on the project stage and production schedule, we can organize visits to the Shenzhen assembly and testing operation and relevant Dongguan PCB or injection-molding facilities. Confidential production areas may require advance approval.
