Yes. TOPTAI supports laser marking, printing and UV logo options, together with color and retail packaging customization. The final method is confirmed after reviewing your artwork and chosen material.
MOQ is listed separately for each customization. Logo MOQ is 100, 500 or 1,000 pieces depending on the model. Custom color MOQ is 1,000 or 2,000 pieces, and custom packaging MOQ is 1,000 pieces for all 21 models. For example, WP045 requires 100 pieces for a logo, 1,000 for a custom color and 1,000 for custom packaging. WP037 requires 1,000, 2,000 and 1,000 pieces respectively. The quoted magnetic models list CE-EMC, IEC 62368, UKCA and RoHS documentation. Availability and destination-market requirements are reconfirmed against the exact model and shipment before order approval.
Standard samples are listed at 2–3 days in the current quotation sheet. Typical mass production is 20–30 days after sample and order confirmation; customized colors, packaging or new functions receive a project-specific schedule.
Yes. Magnetic alignment and charging performance can vary with case thickness and material. A magnetic-compatible case is recommended, and buyers should validate the selected model with their target devices during sampling.
